A self-hosted AI chatbot on your own servers
Website visitors ask the same questions over and over: how long does a deployment take, is there support, how do I reach a manager. Answering by hand is expensive, and the popular cloud chatbots mean your customers' conversations travel to somebody else's servers — unacceptable for many companies by security policy or data-protection law.
Our widget solves both problems. It goes onto any site with a single line of script and answers visitors from a knowledge base you maintain yourself in the admin panel: question–answer pairs grouped by topic. The bot doesn't invent things and doesn't wander off-topic: if the base has no answer, it honestly offers to take the visitor's contact — and the enquiry lands with a human manager.
The widget detects the visitor's language and answers in Russian, English or German automatically; the knowledge base is maintained in all three languages side by side, so a foreign customer gets the same level of service as a local one.
The key difference from cloud services is sovereignty. The whole stack can run entirely inside your infrastructure: the widget, the knowledge base and the conversation log. Not a single customer message leaves your servers. For industries with strict requirements — finance, manufacturing, healthcare — that is not a feature, it is the condition of entry.
The easiest way to try it is right here: the bubble in the bottom-right corner of this page is the actual widget. To discuss installing it on your site, write to us via the contact page.
